With all trims, rear-wheel drive is the standard across, but all-wheel drive is available if you upgrade. The 2022 Infiniti Q60 has the capability to accelerate from zero to 60 mph in just 4.5 seconds. Give it more has and you can go from zero to 100 mph in 10.3 seconds and zero to 130 mph in 18.3 seconds. The coupe’s speed tops out at 155 mph.
