2023 Infiniti QX60
The INFINITI QX60 sports classy styling and an upscale cabin design with full luxury features that make it an attractive buy for fans of midsized three-row SUVs. It boasts tons of passenger space, a huge swath of base features, and a serene ride. This year it brings wireless device charging and a frameless rearview mirror to the base trim level. The updates are minor coming off of last year's complete overhaul. Check out what to expect from the latest 2023 INFINITI QX60.
Trim Levels (Exterior)
The 2023 INFINITI QX60 is available in four trim levels: the base Pure, the midrange Luxe, the upscale Sensory, and the range-topping Autograph. It's also available in a slew of color options, including Grand Blue, Deep Bordeaux, Majestic White, Glacier White, Moonbow Blue, Graphite Shadow, Liquid Platinum, Warm Titanium, and Mineral Black. Two-tone options are also available, combining black with Bordeaux, White, Grand Blue, Titanium, or Graphite. Exterior features include LED headlights, a panoramic moonroof, a power liftgate, and 18- or 20-inch wheels.
Engine (Power)
Every INFINITI QX60 model is offered with only a single powertrain. The engine is a 3.5-liter V-6 that generates 295 horsepower with 270 pound-feet of torque. It's mated to a nine-speed automatic transmission that shifts so smoothly it can barely be felt. The QX60 is not built for towing but is still quite capable when properly equipped with an optional towing package. It boasts a maximum towing capacity of 6,000 pounds even at the base trim level.
Performance
The V-6 engine offers authoritative acceleration, taking less than 7.5 seconds to go from zero to 60 miles per hour, which is solidly in line with other midsized luxury SUVs in the class. It also features strong braking, and the engine stop/start feature will save you a bit of fuel. The QX60 boasts an EPA-estimated 22 miles per gallon in combined city/highway mileage, which breaks down to 21 mpg in the city and 26 mpg on the highway. This marks it as above average for midsized SUVs.
Interior
The cabin offers plenty of space for adults throughout the cabin, and optional captain's chairs in the second row add a touch of additional luxury. The cabin controls are logically organized and intuitive to use. The QX60 offers 14.5 cubic feet of cargo space behind the third row. Technology is driven by a huge 12.3-inch center display screen. It has wireless Apple integration but USB Android integration. The sound system is an impressive 17-speaker Bose setup. Wireless device charging is available even at the base level.
Safety Features
The new 2023 INFINITI QX60 offers a full suite of standard advanced driver aids at the base trim. These include parking sensors in the rear and blind-spot monitoring with cross-traffic alerts to help see what you can't. Front- and rear-crash mitigation helps keep you safe with automatic emergency braking. Lane-departure warnings alert you if you start to drift. At higher levels, you get features like front parking sensors, a 360-degree top-down camera, adaptive cruise control, lane-keeping, traffic sign recognition, and driver attention monitoring.
